The Mothership Retreat 2020
A day-long retreat for independent professionals, designed to clarify your core values and renew your commitment to aligned action in 2020.
“For once we begin to feel deeply all the aspects of our lives, we begin to demand from ourselves and from our life-pursuits that they feel in accordance with that joy which we know ourselves to be capable of.”
— Audre Lorde
The Mothership’s Retreat is designed to cultivate the practices of attention, self reflection, and rest. Through facilitated group work and space for personal exploration, we will look at the internal and external resources needed to build healthy lives and sustain meaningful work.
Riffing off the monthly Member Brunch, we’ve planned a beautiful day-long retreat right here at The Mothership, for our members and any independent professional looking to get aligned for the year ahead.
When: January 19, 10am-5:30pm (with an optional 9:30 mindfulness practice)
Where: The Mothership, 401 W. Geer Street!
Cost*: $75 for members OR $100 for non-members
*Our Staff Team has a reduced cost of $40!
Pairing workshopping and sharing with time for rest and fun, we’ll enjoy a catered lunch and relax together right here at The Mothership.
During the retreat, we’ll have an opportunity to clarify our core values, map out the year ahead with goals and an action plan, and be able to clearly express what matters to us in 2020. We’ll have the opportunity to build practices to support our capacity to respond from our center rather than reaction in both our professional and personal life.
This year’s Member Retreat includes a healing circle, grounded in the importance of both sharing our stories and compassionately witnessing for others. This fish-bowl style circle will be a ritual time for us to share our commitments for the year ahead and grow in conversation with each other.
Registration closes January 10th.
Registration is for members and non-members and closes on January 10th.
